I will tell you that there are some information related to the food stuff that you should know and should be avoided when you experience hair loss like me. Listed here is some food that should avoid preventing the hair loss:

a)        Salt. Eating too much food which containing high salinity can lead to fluid retention and increased blood pressure that cause less oxygen to be delivered to the body's cells including cells in your scalp in result of losing hair.

b)      Saturated fat. Foods such as poultry, meat, lamb, margarine, cheese, butter and any kind of fried foods are containing high amount of saturated fat. These foods cause cholesterol to block or build up in your blood arteries and small veins in your scalp which resulting in less oxygen being delivered to the cell in your body, including the cells on the hair follicles, then subsequent hair loss occurs.

c)         Preservatives. These food additives are potentially toxic to the liver and kidneys that cause hair loss and prevent hair growth. To avoid or reduce the frequency of eating foods that contain preservatives is the best way to eliminate toxins in the body in result of better function of the kidney, liver and blood that help to promote hair growth.

Artificial color makes food look more attractive, but actually contains a lot of danger. Specific foods to avoid include color-coated candies, colored drinks, many colored cereals, gummy and chewy candies
